The audio on the tracks from The Muse are really great. You can hardly tell it's a live recording. I especially enjoyed the extended instrumental in Betty. Keep up the great podcast.
Yes, loved it. Thanks for the extended live version of 'Betty'. That song is in competition for my favorite with 'Headed South'. (Although that cover of 'Head Over Heals' keeps popping up too.) Also, thanks for the 'Near Misses' track. I'll definitely check them out.
One thing, y'all are always calling us podcasters, which was cute for awhile, but... you're the podcasters! We're the listeners or podgroupies or something...

Holy crap, I just went and listened to that cover of 'Don't Let me Down' on The Near Misses site. It does give you goose bumps. If you like that one you should check out the 'Oh Darling' cover by Trina Hamlin on the 3/6/2005 episode of Coverville.
I'm mad at myselft for discovering you so late: I can't believe that I missed your NC tour! I hope you guys come back soon.
Hey ladies! Love your music and your podcast.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention that the equinox/egg thing is a load of BS. In fact, you can balance an egg ON ANY DAY of the year.

Anyway, great show.
Thank you for recognizing the awesome Tosco Music Party and for plugging your 'sisters in song' - the Near Misses! You Biddies are so fun and informative. You should consider hosting your own variety talk show!
I love you, Biddies!!
I'm having a not-so-fun night, listening to podcasts but not expecting to cheer up.
But I heard "The Truck Song"! And guess what! I drive a big, old, (un-air-conditioned,) red truck! (In hellish south texas!) How did you know?
Ah, anyway, the random coincidence cheered me up so much. I wish I could drive from New York to Vegas. But I can't go anywhere tonight, because I am 16, and my red truck is something of a lost cause at this moment. I will probably have to blame bad stuff on other things than my age as it changes.
Also I'm hearing the "grieving" song and I love it so much. Thanks for the music and the company.
